The Arches Bespoke Culinary Concept is the sister company to The Arches Cookery School, owned and run by Sarah Muir.

Sarah started with the building of the cookery school in a derelict farm building and has worked very hard to make an extremely unique cookery school a little different from the others, bringing all the recipes and techniques for twenty years of touring the world with Rock Bands and Artists.

Sarah’s great friend Em Franklin has taken the reins of The Arches Bespoke Culinary Concept, bringing their tailor made menus and ideas to us here at Danby Castle.
